These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Sudek ("the Software"), an AI photo culling plugin for Adobe Lightroom Classic. By downloading, installing, or using Sudek, you agree to these Terms.

Upon purchasing a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Sudek on up to two (2) Apple Silicon Mac computers that you own or control. The free trial version may be used on one Mac for evaluation purposes without a time limit, subject to the trial restrictions described in the product.

Sudek requires an Anthropic API key to function. By using Sudek, you agree to Anthropic's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for your Anthropic account and all API costs incurred. Sudek does not control, warranty, or take responsibility for Anthropic's services or pricing.
License purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy. Their Terms of Service apply to the payment process.
A valid license includes free software updates within the same major version (e.g., all v1.x releases). Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 → v2) may require a separate paid upgrade. You will be notified in advance and offered a discounted upgrade price as an existing customer.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@sudekphotoculling.com with your order number. Refunds are processed via LemonSqueezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Because a free trial is available before purchase, refund requests after 14 days are handled case by case.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that Sudek will meet your specific culling requirements, produce results matching any particular quality standard, or operate without interruption. Use of AI-generated ratings does not replace your professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jakub Hrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to equipment. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain all statutory rights afforded under EU consumer protection law, including the right to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital products not yet delivered. Our refund policy (Section 5) meets or exceeds these statutory requirements.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to licensed users.
