Sudek ("we", "our", "the software") is developed and sold by Jakub Hrab, an individual developer. This policy explains what data is involved when you use Sudek and who handles it.
Sudek does not operate servers that collect, store, or process your personal data or your photos. The application runs locally on your Mac.
When you purchase a license, your payment and contact details are handled by LemonSqueezy (our payment processor). We receive only basic order information (your email address and license key) to provide support. LemonSqueezy's privacy policy applies to the payment process: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Your license key is stored locally in your Mac's Keychain by the Sudek app. It is periodically validated against LemonSqueezy's servers over an encrypted connection to confirm it remains active.
Sudek sends JPEG previews of your photos to the Anthropic API (Claude AI) to perform culling analysis. You control the preview resolution in Sudek's settings.
You are responsible for your own Anthropic API account and the costs associated with its use.
This website (sudekphotoculling.com) does not use cookies or analytics trackers. The LemonSqueezy checkout overlay may set cookies as part of the payment process — see their privacy policy for details.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
We retain your email address for as long as your license is active, in order to send update notifications and provide support. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (your email address and license status). Contact us at support@sudekphotoculling.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to licensed users. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
